Minimum 5 years of working experience in BIM projects.

Should have experience working in Point Cloud.

Should be an expert in 3D modeling using Revit.

Should have experience working on Scan2BIM projects.

• NCVT/Diploma/Btech holder
• minimum of 5 years of working experience in rebar detailing (Shop drawings & BBS)
• Good knowledge in CAD software.
• Good knowledge in Middle east and European projects.

This is full-time employment as HR Manager, and responsibilities include developing, administering HR policies & procedures, managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development programs. The manager will be required to advise top management on strategic recruitment, compensation, and HR planning. The manager must ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand business needs and provide consultation
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a HR management role
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
• Experience in HR Compliance and any ERP software
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong decision-making and Quick problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
